Yes! Berlins Digital Gadget crew are back and tearing a new arsehole into the currently lacklustre electronica/idm scene. The first three 12's by Helvekitone and Bogger were shop favourites and this new compilation certainly delivers the goods. Its an uncompromising mixture of crunchy beats and melodies that are experimental yet danceable, kind of like a mixture of Aphex and Monolake. The brilliantly named Jeff Pils also delivers a stunning electro track which sounds like a more fucked version of Luke Vibert. Once again top drawer stuff from this talented pool of German producers.
