Creating an account

Creating an account is a very simple process. All you need to do is submit your e-mail address and name. Your account will then be instantly set up and available to use.

In your account you can do the following:

Account Information
Edit your e-mail address and password.

Address Book
Edit and store your billing and delivery addresses.

My Orders
Edit and view your orders and their status.

My Pre-Orders & Back Orders
Edit and view orders for forthcoming or out of stock items.

A Pre-Order is a forthcoming item. You can reserve an item like this by adding it to you cart. You will only be billed for this item once it is in stock.

A Back-Order is an item that is out of stock. You can let us know you are looking for it by adding it to your back-orders. We will then notify you when it is back in stock.

My Product Reviews
We value all of our customers’ opinions highly at Rubadub. We’d love to hear what you have to say about your purchases and the products we supply.

You can add reviews and comments in the product listings and then manage them in this section of your account. Please be aware that we do moderate reviews and that we are looking for honest and insightful opinions. We will not tolerate any abusive or offensive material.

My Tags
Tags are a quick and easy way to search for products that are relevant to you. Users can submit their own tags and they can be viewed in this part of your account.

Newsletter Subscriptions
Use this section to manage your newsletter subscriptions. We will be sending out frequent newsletters via e-mail with details of new products and offers.

My Wishlist
You can add items that you would like to purchase to your Wishlist via the link in the equipment listings and the love heart on the music listings.

In this section you can view your wishlist, add it to your shopping cart or even share with your friends and family.

My Downloads
You can view and download all of your digital purchases in this section. You can download a product a maximum of five times. If you are having any problems with a download then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
